The Chemistry of Clouds Conference seeks to provide an engaging and exciting platform for researchers from different disciplines to discuss these topics among experimentalists and modellers.

Center for Chemistry of Clouds (C3) is a Center of Excellence established in 2023. The overall vision of C3 is to contribute to a better understanding of atmospheric aerosols, clouds, and their interactions, which combined denote the largest uncertainties in our ability to predict climate. Our research activities focus on the formation, structure, and surface chemistry of atmospheric interfaces leading to clouds. By studying aerosol particles, their physicochemical properties, and their interactions with water and trace gases on a molecular scale, using a combination of experiments, quantum chemical computations, and modelling, we seek to provide a sound understanding of aerosol particles, clouds, and their role in climate.

We aim to make the conference a place to share and discuss frontier science, including unpublished work through an exciting mixture of oral and poster presentations. The conference will be held in beautiful surroundings at the Sandbjerg Estate. Its remote location, together with communal meals, will foster a unique community and provide informal networking opportunities with leading scientists in the field.
