I work to promote the development of teaching and teachers in higher education, focusing on creating engaging and inclusive learning environments and strengthening the integration between research and teaching.
With a background in natural sciences (Master’s and Ph.D. in Molecular Biology), I have a special interest in STEM didactics (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics).
