The Forum for Analytical Chemistry (FAC) is a meeting place for everyone passionate about analytical chemistry — whether you work in a lab, study at the university, or develop solutions in industry.
FAC started as an idea in 2017 between Senior Scientist Anders Honoré, Professor Mogens Johansen, and Associate Professor Marianne Glasius. FAC should be an open forum to bring analytical chemists in the Aarhus area and beyond together.
The goal of FAC is simple: to build a strong community where ideas, questions, and experiences flow freely between academia, institutions, and industry. In FAC, we believe that progress happens when people with different perspectives come together over shared challenges, new technologies, and a common curiosity about how analytical chemistry can make a difference.

On an annual basis, FAC arranges a meeting where the community meets up to present, discuss and dive into analytical chemistry.
