Congratulations Sneha!

Last week at the Nordic Society for Aerosol Research (NOSA) Symposium, Sneha Aggarwal was awarded the NOSA ECS Award 2025. She received this honour for her outstanding PhD dissertation from the Department of Environmental Science, Stockholm University.

Sneha's work focused on the chemical composition of fresh and aged sea spray aerosol (SSA), bridging the gap between controlled laboratory simulations and complex ambient measurements. She has advanced both the methodology and the understanding of sea spray aerosol chemistry.

We are happy that Sneha's journey continues with us in C3. She has now set course to develop techniques to understand the phase behaviour of secondary organic aerosol particles by estimating their viscosity.
