Quick Guide 5: Open iSMS Session and Explore the Data

1. Open iSMS

Guide on how to install and open iSMS.

2. Open iSMS session file

Read the documentation on opening session files. In short:Sessions of Data in iSMS
Open iSMS session using the toolbar open icon.

3. Browse individual molecules

Open the FRET-pairs window in the toolbar of the main window.
In the FRET-pairs window, browse through individual molecules in the listbox.

4. Plot FRET histograms

Open the histogram window in the toolbar of the main window.
When the histogram window is open, it is automatically updated based on current selection and settings.
