The assigned presenter has complete freedom to choose what to present. It can either be a short presentation of recent work, an in-depth tutorial of some technical aspect of your work or a specific topic to discuss. Alternatively, it can be a presentation on a specific paper or some theory from a book chapter.
Remember to include an introduction to the motivation and the methods used and send out material that people should read well in advance.
